Guangdong Tianjiao Technology Co., Ltd., founded in 2006, is a subsidiary under Tianjiao Investment and a high-tech enterprise. Adopting advanced MIM (Metal Injection Molding) metal powder injection molding technology, we specialize in manufacturing high-quality parts featuring high density, excellent mechanical properties, superior surface finish and precise dimensional accuracy. The company is capable of high-volume efficient production of components with intricate geometric features.

The quantity and advancement of production equipment underpin production capacity and on-time delivery.Guangdong Tianjiao Technology Co., Ltd. is equipped with 3 sets of first-class domestic integrated high-precision continuous debinding & sintering furnaces, delivering a monthly output of 1,000,000 pieces to guarantee stable product quality and punctual delivery for bulk orders.In addition, the company owns 19 sets of MIM injection molding machines, 20 debinding furnaces and 16 sintering furnaces, enabling flexible production for orders with varied materials and batch sizes.
Our company attaches great importance to technological innovation and product R&D. We have set up a dedicated R&D department and built an industry-university-research cooperation with the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Guangdong Ocean University. An elite R&D team led by Professor Xu Changwei has been established, consisting of 11 doctors and 43 professional technicians.
